Mulbah S. Flomo is the Head of Program and Communications at Metro Harvest – Liberia. He is a researcher and social worker who has an average knowledge in data and website administration and management. He is a Candidate of Master in International Relations at the University of Liberia. He is the holder of Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Sociology and Public Administration from the African Methodist Episcopal University and also earns certificates in Procurement and Monitoring & Evaluation from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA).

He served as Administrative Assistant to the Publisher of the In Profile Daily Newspaper between 2008 and 2009. Between 2010 and 2018, Flomo was promoted to the position of Head of Department, Graphics and Layout, In Profile Daily Newspaper. While serving in that capacity, in 2013, he picked up the task as Principal of the Second Chance Christian Academy in Omega Community and resigned same in 2021 and took up the same task as principal of the Kingsley Lington Academy in Fendall.
