Rev. Arena J. K. Schaaks is the Assistant Director Of Program / Head Of Counselling Section at Metro Harvest (Church Without Walls) – Liberia. She is also a Pastor at the Empowerment Temple AME Church – Liberia and a graduate of the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychosocial Counselling. In 1999, she obtained a certificate in Mission Planting from the Grace Outreach School of Ministries in Red Light, and she is a holder of certificate in Leadership from the Global Leadership Summit, a certificate she obtained in 2015. In ministry, she got a certificate from the Global Leadership Summit in 2017. She obtained a High School Diploma in 1998 from the Bishop Maweh Institute in Sinkor.

In 2022, Rev. Schaacks joined Metro Harvest (Church Without Walls) – Liberia as Office Manager to the Director, Rev. Caleb S. G. Dormah. In this capacity, she was charged with the responsibilities of managing the daily affairs of the Organization (Church). Moreover, she assisted in providing counselling to would be victims and those taken to rehabilitation centers, especially women and girls. She served as Assistant Advocate Manager of the organization, Helping Our People Excel (HOPE).
